How do we work?
The process to find a specialist who can solve your needs is very simple. It consists of 4 steps that are described below:
1. Search
• The Mederit process begins with the selection of the medical specialty that the patient is looking for.
• The patient will have to choose a doctor according to her resume and the qualification she has from previous patients.
• Subsequently, the patient must schedule a first assessment consultation that will be carried out by video call. Do not worry, the first appointment is free.
2. Assessment
• The doctor makes an assessment of the patient through a video call. We recommend having on hand information that can help your assessment.
• Subsequently, he makes an economic proposal for the patient health care through Mederit.
3. Selection
• Mederit requests additional information from the patient in order to offer a tailor-made proposal for their health and travel needs.
• Mederit creates packages for the patient, which may include: flights, lodging, transportation and additional activities for him and his companions.
• The patient selects the package that best suits his needs and pays for it.
4. Medical Procedure
• Mederit coordinates the logistics so that the patient has a health experience with the highest quality and an expeditious recovery.
• Mederit takes care of providing plane tickets, meeting the patient at the airport, transfers to the hotel, taking him to his first appointment and his operation, offering entertainment to the companions and any other need he may have during his visit.
• This is achieved through Mederit’s alliances with doctors, hospitals and health institutions, airlines, hotels, transfer services and tour operators.
