We wish to inform you that the main purpose for which we collect your data is to know the general data and medical history of our users, whether national or foreign. 

In order to process payments for MEDERIT services, we use a link with STRIPE platform as an external provider for transactions. Furthermore, we would like to inform you that MEDERIT uses external suppliers, such as doctors, health professionals, physicians, suppliers or providers of health services, lodging, clinics, medical centers, laboratories, air, and land transfers, among others, to whom information is provided for the management of your MEDERIT itinerary, as well as your reservation and contracting in response to your requests within the MEDERIT platform. 

By using our payment service, you agree to the terms and conditions of our suppliers and acknowledge that you have read and understand the scope and meaning of this Privacy Notice, as well as the mechanisms that the law and its regulations provide for the exercise of your rights. Furthermore, I authorize and agree that MEDERIT may collect and process my personal data in accordance with this Privacy Notice, including the right to access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition, as well as the limitation of the use, transfer, and disclosure of my data.

By accepting this Privacy Notice, the Data Owner is deemed to have consented to the processing of their data, regardless of whether it is received physically or electronically. This consent may be revoked at any time, with no retroactive effect. To revoke consent, please follow the procedures set forth by the responsible party in this Privacy Notice.
